Fourth Trimester Mapping

A gentle, grounding space to prepare for life with your new baby.

The early weeks after birth can feel tender, transformative and full of unknowns.

Fourth Trimester Mapping offers a calm, reflective way to explore what matters most to you, understand the emotional landscape of the early weeks, and create a values‑based postpartum plan that supports your wellbeing as you welcome your baby.

These workshops are spacious, circle‑based gatherings designed to help expectant parents in Sheffield feel steadier, clearer and more connected.

Upcoming Workshops

Saturday 21 November 2026, 10am–1pm
Grow Yoga, Dyson Place, Sheffield
£35 per person

A warm, seasonal workshop for expectant parents who want to prepare for the fourth trimester with intention and community. Together we’ll explore early rhythms, support networks, boundaries, feeding considerations, nervous system steadiness and the values that will guide your first weeks with your baby.

You’ll leave with a personalised fourth trimester map and a sense of clarity about what will help you feel supported, nourished and grounded.

Partners are welcome to join at no extra cost. Babies and older children are also welcome if they can be part of a calm, reflective space. Please feel free to bring them if that helps you attend - this workshop is designed to be inclusive and gentle. If you’re unsure whether it will work for your family, just get in touch and we can chat it through.

If you’d like to come, send me a message and I’ll save you a spot.
