As a postnatal doula based in Sheffield, I provide practical help, emotional support and a calm, reassuring presence during the transition into parenthood.
Whether you're welcoming your first baby or adjusting to life as a growing family, my role is to create a supportive bubble around you so that you feel cared for while you recover, rest and find your rhythm together.
In many cultures, new parents are surrounded by practical help and community during the weeks after birth. Here in the UK, families are often expected to navigate one of life's biggest transitions with very little support around them.
Postnatal doula support helps bridge that gap.
Postnatal support packages
To ensure I can offer consistent, attentive support, I work with a limited number of families at any one time.
The postnatal period is a time when so much attention naturally turns towards your baby. My role is to make sure you feel cared for too.
We readily prepare for the birth itself, but support after birth can be just as important. Postnatal doula support offers practical help, continuity of care and reassurance during a time when many families need it most.

Every family is different, so every visit is different too. Support might include:

✓ Laundry, dishes, changing bedding and other light household tasks

✓ Support with feeding and signposting to specialist support where needed
✓ Gentle encouragement when things feel overwhelming
✓ Helping you feel confident in your own instincts and decisions
Above all, I aim to create a space where you can slow down, be yourself, and feel supported without pressure or judgement.
What postnatal support looks like
Looking for something more flexible?
Daytime support: £30/hour (minimum 3-hour visit)
Overnight support: £40/hour (minimum 4-hour visit)
