Fourth Trimester Planning

A gentle, grounding space to prepare for life with your new baby.

The early weeks after birth can feel tender, transformative, and full of unknowns.

Fourth Trimester Planning offers a calm, reflective way to explore what matters most to you, understand the emotional landscape of the early weeks, and create a personalised, values-based postpartum plan that supports your wellbeing as you welcome your baby - including how you will protect your sleep, navigate nighttime feeding, and build a restful rhythm through the dark hours.

Whether you join a small, welcoming group workshop or choose a one-to-one session, these spaces are designed to help expectant parents in Sheffield feel steadier, clearer, and more connected.

What we explore together

  • Fourth trimester mapping A gentle, structured process to help you understand your needs, values, and support systems for the early weeks.

  • Night‑time care planning Space to think through feeding, rest, and how you’ll protect your sleep during the dark hours.

  • Support network mapping Clarifying who can help, what you need, and how to ask for support in ways that feel comfortable.

  • Feeding considerations A calm, non‑judgemental exploration of infant feeding options, expectations, and what will support you best.

  • Nervous system steadiness Simple grounding tools to help you feel more regulated and resourced in pregnancy and postpartum.

  • Values‑based reflection Exploring what matters most to you as you welcome your baby, and how those values can guide your early weeks.

You’ll leave with a personalised fourth trimester plan which is practical, gentle, and tailored to your family.

Small Group Workshops

These intimate workshops are designed to offer space to pause, reflect, and prepare for the transition into life with a new baby.

To keep the atmosphere warm, supportive, and genuinely personal, each workshop is carefully limited to just 6 nests. This means every family has plenty of opportunity to be heard, ask questions, and receive individual guidance.

🤎 Partners and supporters are warmly welcome at no additional cost. Whether that's your birth partner, co-parent, or another key supporter, I encourage them to join you so you can think through your plans together and leave feeling aligned and prepared.

🤎 Babies and older children are welcome if they can comfortably be part of a calm and reflective space.
